By using the Apostrophe· application (hereinafter "the App"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.

1. Service description

Apostrophe· is a mobile application (iOS and Android) for practicing French spelling. It offers audio dictations generated by artificial intelligence, instant corrections and a spaced repetition (SRS) progress system.

2. Access to the service

• Free version: 5 free dictations (all levels), basic statistics.
• Premium version: unlimited dictations, all levels (A1 to C2), detailed statistics by rule, Family Sharing for up to 6 people (on iOS).

Access to the Premium version requires a paid subscription or a one-time purchase (lifetime), handled by the App Store (Apple), Google Play (Google), or taken out on our website.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Subscriptions are billed by the chosen platform (App Store, Google Play or our website) according to the selected period (monthly or yearly).
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings: Apple (Settings > your name > Subscriptions), Google Play (Subscriptions), or, for a web subscription, from the management area indicated in your confirmation email.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment giving permanent access to Premium features.
• No refund is issued directly by LMT Digital Creations. Requests must be addressed to the relevant payment platform (for example Apple's refund policy).

4. AI-generated content

The dictation sentences, corrections and explanations are generated by artificial intelligence models (OpenAI). The audio is produced by text-to-speech (ElevenLabs).

• The generated content is for educational purposes only.
• Despite our quality efforts, the content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. The App does not replace professional teaching.
• LMT Digital Creations does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in line with its educational purpose. You must not:

• Attempt to access the APIs or servers in an unauthorized way.
• Circumvent the limitation mechanisms (free quotas, subscription verification).
• Reproduce, distribute or resell the content generated by the App for commercial purposes.
• Use the App in a way that could harm its operation or its users.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, its code and its content are the property of LMT Digital Creations. The grammar rules presented are in the public domain; their educational formatting is protected.

7. Service availability

The App needs an internet connection to generate new dictations and correct answers. Dictations already downloaded remain accessible offline. LMT Digital Creations does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". LMT Digital Creations cannot be held responsible for:

• Any inaccuracy in the AI-generated educational content.
• Any service interruption linked to servers or third-party providers.
• Any data loss due to an iCloud or device malfunction.

9. Privacy

The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The last modification date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
